The focus of this issue is Clinical Biomechanics. The issue was compiled for the clinician and all the articles emphasise abnormal biomechanics that underlie overuse injuries. The use of ß-Hydroxy-ß-Methylbutyrate (HMB) as an ergogenic aid in sport is examined under Sports Nutrition, and the pharmacology of COX2 is discussed under Sports Pharmacology. Sports Radiology covers the imaging of the patellar tendon.
