This issue focuses on injuries to the shoulder suffered by athletes. The review articles examine the management of recurrent instability of the shoulder and first-time anterior instability of the shoulder in athletes, as well as shoulder impingement and rotator cuff disorders. There is a shorter article, based on a case report, describing the atypical presentation known as acute brachial neuritis or "Parsonage Turner Syndrome".

The results of a repeatability study of three tests that can be used for the evaluation of scapular displacement during arm abduction are presented in a research article.
